Training and teaching is one of my passions.

Whether it be a business team, sales team, health organisation, family or group of teenagers my workshops/seminars are unique, fun, energetic and participants always leave motivated, inspired, energised and ready to take action steps to bring out the best in themselves or their team.

I see large amounts of money spent of new ways to create new products, sales teams to be motivated and to be inspired.  How long does the inspiration and the creativity last once the workshop is over? 

If the staff return to a positive work environment then the results will be higher than when staff return to an environment which reflects a negative energy.  If the work environment has a negative energy it will not take long and your staff will return to their old ways.

One of my most successful Staff Development workshop is - The Mind, Body and Environment Connection which was first introduced to the Staff at the Mater Hospital, Brisbane.  A brilliant one day workshop that totally motivated and inspired participants to look at what changes they could personally make in their office to bring out the best.

I showed participants how their work environment affects their health as well as their work productivity.

I also showed participants how they can work with their home environment which will improve their working relationships, their health and productivity at work.

Cleancorp

The Cleancorp team after just a one day workshop in Sydney found new innovative ways to move their business to a much higher level.  When we first started they were a NSW based business. Cleancorp has now move into other states to become an Australia wide based business.
