 A workshop is an excellent place to start your journey into working with the mind, body and environment connection.

In all my workshops I teach my students how they are a product of their environment, they create it subconsciously and their subconscious is a reflection of their moods, attitude and feelings.

I believe life is about creating and manifesting what you want not just accepting what comes your way whether it is in life or in business.

One of my favourite workshops that I love to teach is "Intention - Alignment - Action" Workshop.

Often we set an intention or start a path to a goal only to find that we do not make it. This workshops shows you how to set an intention, then align yourself with action steps each day so you will reach your goal or dream. Working with feng shui, colour or numerology is an easy way to keep in alignment with your intention with action steps. You cannot progress in a material world without action.
